I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Silk Path Hotel! The atmosphere was incredibly cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, every moment was delightful. The beautifully decorated rooms added to the charm, and the amenities were top-notch. I can't recommend Silk Path Hotel enough for anyone looking for a relaxing and inviting experience! The restaurant Nam Phuong is amazing, great food and great decor. Amazing

Truly one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed, and for a great price. Recently built a beautiful mix of French classical, art nouveau and Vietnamese interior artwork, it was a wonderful place to stay. Lovely, friendly staff, and within walking distance to the train station. Would definitely stay again.

A wonderfully appointed modern hotel with a strong nod to where you are. We visited the spa, ate in the restaurant several times. My only non positive comment is a slight lack of process and consistency. The staff were lovely and attentive but the spa experience process needed a little sharpening up, the consistency of drink and table presentation in the dining room was a little haphazard and housekeeping also was a little inconsistent. Small things but just bot quite to the standard of the property. Would still recommend though!

I forgot to hold a shave charger several days ago when I checked out, but they informed me fastly and sent it to me through fast delivery service. Hotel service is too mice, and thank you for fast responding.
